After more than 20 years representing community issues to oil and energy companies (and company positions to urban and rural populations), Sheila Mitchell truly understands social impact management and community relations.

Sheila has "walked the walk," not simply "talked the talk" - she comes to the table with experience in industrial real estate management, and awareness of the social, political, legal and economic issues and contentions that can accompany the development, operation and reclamation of industrial facilities.

Educated at the University of Texas, Sheila graduated with a degree in petroleum land management and worked for major oil corporations as a land consultant and land & right-of-way agent. She excelled, yet something was missing. She determined that she really wanted to create her own career, and her own company - using her knowledge to build socially significant bridges between corporations and their host communities.

Today, Sheila is a preferred and referred resource helping corporations and communities work together on environmental, land use and corporate citizenship projects. Her ability to clarify the stages and steps to problem resolution, involve stakeholders and coordinate campaigns has proven invaluable in Texas, Oklahoma and other southern and southeastern states.
